Paying for a Journey

We accept Concessionary Passes, Centro Cards and Busmaster Cards in full payment of the fare (even for journeys before 9.30am Monday to Friday). Blind and Disabled Passes are also accepted for payment of the fare.

In the event that no pass is held, a cash fare equivalent to a local bus fare will be charged and is worked out on a mileage scale. Children over 5 without passes normally pay half fare.

Pass holders are normally asked to produce their pass on their first journey and the details are entered into their personal details held on computer. You will normally not be asked to show your pass again. The computer will notify us when the pass expiry date has been reached.

You will be asked to produce your new pass to update your details. If you have not renewed your pass, you will be asked to pay a fare.
