West Midlands Special Needs Transport (wmsnt) aims to provide a quality, user led service, which is responsive to its Passengers' travel needs. To ensure that your views are heard there a range of options available depending on the type of information you want to give and the response to want to receive.

Compliments are always welcome, but not only because they let us know when you are happy with the service you receive! Compliments provide valuable information, which we use to:

  • Understand that our services are being provided to our users satisfaction
  • Provide positive feedback to staff
  • Influence our organisational and service development

wmsnt is continually striving to develop and improve its services by ensuring that we focus on the needs of the people who use those services. Please let us know what your views are about how the service operates and how it is run.

Complaints

It is recognised that there will be times when wmsnt staff and management get things wrong or make mistakes. To enable us to learn from these we encourage users to inform us of their complaints. All complaints are taken seriously, are recorded and responded to in accordance with the Charity's complaint's procedure.
