February Employee of the Month
Jajjit Singh Sidhu joined the company as a driver at the Wednesbury depot four years ago. Over the past few months has been training as a 'stand in' scheduler due to staff shortages. He has progressed exceptionally well and proved himself to be very adaptable in any situation.
Because the depot has been short of staff in a number of areas, Jajjit had been requested to assist with a few of these and as always reacted positively. 'He has been a great support in helping the organisation out of a number of difficult situations,therefore we had no hesitation in recommending him as employee for the month of February' said Wednesbury District Manager, Mike Rollinson.
