Open Day at South Birmingham Ring and Ride Depot
At the beginning of August 2008 an open day was arranged at the South Birmingham Ring and Ride depot in Frankley to give people the opportunity to have a "sneak preview" of the buses and give us their views on the effectiveness of the design changes.
The day was also aimed at enabling Passengers to meet staff and put faces to names, as well as getting a better understanding of how the service operates. Particular attention was made to the booking and scheduling process!
