Golf Event In Memory of Steve Devlin

A golfing day held on Tuesday 23rd June was organised by Steve Keene and employees of wmsnt in memory of Steve Devlin who passed away suddenly in April 2008.

Steve, who was the Trade Union Representative at the Wolverhampton Ring and Ride depot, was a popular driver with both his colleagues and service Passengers. He was with the Charity from 2003 and is missed by all who knew him.

The golf day event, which was held just after the first anniversary of his death was open to anyone within the organisation who wanted to take part.

Mick Mew, Wolverhamton Depot Manager and Helen Devlin presented a trophy to the winner.

Roy Steventon, Risk Manager for wmsnt, took part in the golfing event and won!

Roy comments: ‘It was a memorial day for a driver and friend who passed away last year’
