We have 8 depots, operate 600 vehicles and employ over 900 staff for our Ring and Ride service, home-to-school contracts and igo bus routes.

Home-to-school drivers (22½-25hrs per week)

You'll provide a vital role to passengers with special needs who depend on our services to get from home to school.

Category D or D1 on your driving licence is essential and we will train you to NVQ Level 2 in Road Passenger Vehicle Driving.

 

 

Full Time Driver - Wednesbury

You will be required to drive a mini bus transporting passengers to and from scheduled addresses. Daily duties include operating special handling equipment, collecting fares and maintaining the vehicle to a clean, tidy and safe standard.

As a valued member of our staff, we will support you in gaining an NVQ level 2 qualification

OApplicants must have driving experience and a clean driving licence with category D1 or hold a PCV licence. You should be adaptable, be able to follow standard operating procedures, enjoy working in a logical and systematic manner, be organised, a good listener, approachable and friendly. Good area knowledge is advantageous.

Hours are 38.75 per week on a shift rota basis, working 5 days.

Part time Customer Services Operative - Birmingham

You will be responsible for receiving telephone requests from passengers and to make outgoing calls to ensure the vehicles are being fully utilised and that the passenger’s needs are being met. You will deal with all calls in a polite and courteous manner ensuring that passengers receive the highest level of Customer Service. As instructed by your Team Leaders you will promote any existing or new destination to the passengers. You will be required to have a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the passengers at all times.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be customer focused and have a flexible approach. It would be good if had good Coventry knowledge.

Hours of work are: 16.25 hours per week working on a shift roster basis, Monday to Saturday (working five over six).
