Book a journey
Once you have registered, you can book a Ring and Ride journey.
When do I need to book?
Journey requests need to be received by 2.30pm on the day prior to your preferred journey. Here is a table to help you with when you will need to book.

Where there is a bank holiday Monday please book on the Saturday for travel on Tuesday. For any other bank holiday, details of the booking window will be made available onboard vehicles and online.
Make an online booking
You can use the online booking form to make a journey request for either:
- yourself
- on behalf of someone else
- on behalf of a group
Requesting a journey online does not guarantee you a journey – but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Bookings need to be received by 2.30pm on the day prior to your requested journey. We will then e-mail you to confirm your booking as soon as possible.
Where there is a bank holiday Monday please book on the Saturday for travel on Tuesday. For any other bank holiday, details of the booking window will be made available onboard vehicles and online.
